What is responsible play?

Gaming should be For fun, not stress

Responsible play means treating gaming as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to solve problems. Millions of people play on bdrame every day for fun. But a small number sometimes find it hard to stay in control, and that is understandable.

Bdrame wants you to stay aware before problems arise. That is why we provide a range of Responsible Gaming tools and information so you can take control of your own gaming habits.

Remember — responsible gaming comes down to three things: Know your limits, track your time, seek help. Stick to these three rules and gaming will always stay enjoyable.

bdrame's commitment: We never want you to play beyond your means. Your well-being matters to us more than any business interest.

The golden rules of Responsible Gaming

Play for entertainment only — winning is never guaranteed
Set a spending limit in advance and stick to it
Don't keep betting more to try to win back what you've lost
Take regular breaks and make time for other activities
If something feels wrong, get help right away

Responsible Gaming Policy

Healthy gaming habits 6 core principles

Set a budget before you play

Decide how much you are willing to spend before you start. Only budget what you can afford to lose without it affecting your household.

Play while it's fun

When gaming stops being fun and starts causing stress, it is time to take a break. If you are not enjoying it, there is no reason to keep playing.

Don't chase your losses

"Chasing losses" — betting more after a loss — is the biggest mistake you can make. Each game is independent; what happened before has no bearing on what comes next.

Keep track of your time

It is easy to lose track of time while gaming. Set a timer, take regular breaks, and make time for family and friends.

Keep it real

In gaming, the odds favor the house in the long run. That is the reality — keep it in mind when you play.

Don't hesitate to ask for help

Asking for help when things get difficult is not a weakness — it takes courage. Reach out to bdrame support or talk to someone in your family.

FAQs

About responsible play What you want to know

Log in to your bdrame account and go to "Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion." You can choose to exclude yourself for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once active, you will not be able to log in during that period and promotional emails will stop. You can also do this with help from the support team.

Lowering your deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing it comes with a 7-day waiting period — a deliberate measure to prevent impulsive decisions from causing harm.

Your balance will be kept safe during Self-Exclusion. Once a temporary exclusion period ends, you will be able to withdraw your balance. For permanent Self-Exclusion, contact bdrame support to initiate the balance refund process.

Family members cannot close your account directly on your behalf, as we are committed to protecting your account privacy. However, you can enable Self-Exclusion yourself through Support or via Settings. Family members are encouraged to contact us directly.

bdrame strictly prohibits registration by anyone under 18. Age is verified at sign-up, and ID documents may be requested if there is any doubt. Parents can also use parental control software on their devices.
